The MA15 combines surge protection with transient filtering and ring-dampening and is designed to protect the mains input of electronic equipment from surge in-rush currents. Thermal fusing and short circuit protection are also incorporated, in addition to power-on indication. For currents greater than 15A, multiple MA15 units can be commissioned in parallel for increased surge protection.
